I stumbled across this group in the park...

I stumbled across this group in the park today and could not have been made to feel more welcome not only by the instructor but everyone. It was pouring with rain and physically challenging however it was so much fun and definitely felt like I was challenged. Atmosphere was brilliant, exercises were great. Thank you to Dan for letting me join in and for making it a great workout. If anyone is hesitate because you are nervous about fitting in or being welcomed I can assure you you'd be made to feel a part of the group instantly!
