Called up and 2 hours later they arrived (I live middle of nowhere)...

Called up and 2 hours later they arrived (I live middle of nowhere). Insisted I made sure the boiler worked before leaving, and thankfully too as it still didn’t fire up. However the technician said it was a simple fix and did it for me at no extra charge (saving me an engineer callout!). Will be using again for sure!
