I'm not sure what all the bad reviews are for. I purchased a package via Groupon and booked an appointment for a patch test. I've had no issues. Yesterday I attended my second session of laser hair removal and trust me I saw a difference from the very first session. I have been able to book and attend my appointments without any issues. The salon has always been clean and there is a cute dog there who is absolutely harmless and does not enter the treatment rooms.I personally have had no issues and look forward to my next 4 remaining sessions.
