Met Adam in ‘deepest India last week. Adam offered to manufacture a sink/ bath plug for us. A day later, said plug appeared, hanging in our gate! Works perfectly so ‘job done’. Brilliant service with a sense of humour too. Thankyou so much Adam (&Kelly)
