From first contact the confidence you are given that they know what they are talking about, is so reassuring that you know you are talking to people who are experts in their field. Mark and Joe arrived at the allotted time and within minutes the toilet had been removed to expose what the cause of the blockage was, and it was that the pipes were heavily scaled thereby drastically restricting the diameter of the pipe. The team set about descaling the pipe and successfully cleared using equipment on their van. The toilet was reaffixed and the water switched back on , and the most beautiful sound of running water was heard once again in my house. The speed, efficiency, professionalism, knowledge and friendliness shown by Mark and Joe whilst they were carrying out the works is commendable. Therefore I have hesitation in recommending MDS to anyone requiring drainage works , safe in the knowledge that you are in safe hands from initial contact to successful completion of the works.
