These guys really do know their coffee, highly recommend popping in to see them if you're in the area! Tried the Rwanda (V60) and Peang Thai/Guatemalan blend as espresso and both were exceptional coffees prepared lovingly by Iain and Nat who were more than happy to chat about the whole process from Farm to cup.
As well as the coffee being Incredible they go direct to coffee growers to ensure complete traceability and by cutting out any middle men they are able to ensure the growers get a much better price for the beans they grow. The coffee is also grown under tree cover so no deforestation occurs and the environment doesn't suffer! They really have thought about everything.
