Lee came to survey our property at short notice request from our builder, same day. Lee offered my builder and myself advice regards to the failure of and removal of the cavity wall insulation and general damp issues. Lee gave us a start date promptly and began work to remove the insulation and debris. Lee and Shane worked like absolute troopers on what was a difficult and large task. They kept me updated on all progress, any areas of concern. They patiently answered all of my questions and put my mind at ease. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they clearly had very deep and varied knowledge and expertise. Both were very polite and competent at their job, showing us with the camera probe that the cavities were clear of insulation and sand, soil and rubble debris.They tidied up afterwards and the following day, the report came through summarising their actions and findings along with photos of the clear cavities.It is often quite difficult to find genuine decent work people that you can trust and with Lee and Shane this is absolutely the case. Both are decent salt of the Earth, genuine guys that want to make a difference and make things right. I absolutely highly recommend Dr Damp to anyone suffering with damp issues and I will be using them again regards some other damp issues within the property.
