Where to start!

I booked a family holiday overseas at the beginning of the year.

I looked up a few options to get us from Shrewsbury to Liverpool Airport.

I decided on Wem Private Car Hire.

I emailed Robert the proprietor and let him know all of our plans. He responded promptly with a price for me. I paid the deposit, contacted Robert 3 weeks before departure to pay the full amount. Extremely easy process.

I advised Robert I suffer from anxiety, he was very patient with me as I kept changing our pick up time until the day before.

We had a lovely man called Dave pick us up from home, I advised him of my anxiety and he was also extremely accommodating with my needs.

We felt very safe with Dave, him driving was safe, he knew where he was going. We chatted to the airport and got on like a house on fire. Absolutely lovely man.

Dave also collected us on our return journey home, I sat in the back this time. He very kindly provided water for the journey. He was genuinely interested in hearing all about our trip.

We feel very blessed to have chosen such a wonderful company to go with. I highly recommend Wem Private Car Hire. They are in my address book for our next overseas adventure.
