Excellent advice

David replied to my query the same day and attended to view 2 days later . Luckily there were no works to be completed, David advised and explained what he believed was the problem , forward a contact number for possible works and did not charge for his time stating he was in the area anyway.
Very honest and kind. Would totally recommend.
