We lost Internet, the Router was unable to connect. Melissa was extremely helpful taking us through the process to reconnect. However Open-reach was in the area dealing with Fault, but she assured us that Unitel was in contact with Open-reach & should be repaired in a hour. It was & She contacted us to confirm we were back up !
