My name is Chris and I run a small business as a sole trader. I had occasion today to contact Unitel over lost internet services and a more general inquiry. Jason helped me with the internet situation and was good enough to call me back once it was up and running again, and Austin called me to explain the scenario with the network as it changes over to fully digital at the end of next year. Apart from the excellent service these two gentlemen gave me today, I was also hugely impressed that my initial call was answered pretty much straight away. Can only highly recommend Unitel Direct, a rare excellent operator in the communications industry.
