Melissa , was very helpful and friendly. She answered all my questions clearly and made me feel very comfortable, when IT isn't my best skill. I look forward to speaking with her monthly to review my account. It made a really nice change to talk to someone who wasn't In a rush or sounded as if they were reading from a script.
