This is a review on the customer service as we have not been with the company long enough to review the work. Melissa has been absolutely great, i was working from home as my daughter was poorly and Melissa made the phone call quick so i could get back to my daughter but Melissa still covered absolutely everything, no stone unturned, answered any questions i had. She also asked after my daughter and wished her better, lovely personal touch. So far, the customer service has been great!
