Jeremy was very quick in responding and respectful of our constraints. He thoroughly investigated things, confirmed it was a squirrel. He explained what was being done, what would happen and actions he would put in place once it was confirmed the pest had been dealt with. Traps were set, activated quickly. Further traps were left in case of further squirrel invaders. He came back a week later and squirrel proofed the loft. Highly recommended for his knowledge, speed of action and reasonable pricing.
