An absolute fun way to awaken the body and mind! I meditate too and this is complementary. Sweating it out is so satisfying. I feel like Maxine is my mate and we go clubbing together, though she's the promoter, the club manager, the dj and the gogodancer at the same time! Inspiring lady.
