I’ve been a member of HITZone Basingstoke for 10 months now. There a variety of small group sessions from fast paced to weights to stretch. The coaches are brilliant and so supportive. There is a great community of members and that in turn creates a fantastic craic. I’m so much fitter than I was and really enjoy the whole HITZone experience. Cannot recommend highly enough!
