HITZone is a very fun and warming place to get fit and healthy. All the trainers are very proficient in what they do, and have their own niche to each class.

The gym has a really great community, it’s one of the reasons we love it so much. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming.

A year ago I was the most unfit I had ever been struggling to even think about going to the gym, now I look forward to it. The HIT and core session work hand in hand, you can push as hard as you want in cardio, then train your core leaving with a pure burn in the abs.
