Absolutely brilliant company. I had a pair of intermediate glasses in Hanoi but had the wrong lenses because I told the opticians the wrong numbers for my lenses. I came across this company based in greater manchester and contacted them. Mike kindly my prescription to me and explained the difference between intermediate and reading lenses. The company is based in Heywood next door to Rochdale where I live. So after speaking to him several times, I placed an order, dropped my glasses that needed lenses to be changed on thursday night and they were done and ready to be collected the next night. Lenses are great. Love my glasses with lenses that are right for me. Great products, Great customer service and amazing 1day turnaround time. Will definitely use again.
