Had such a good experience buying my first car from KL Motors! He was really friendly, helpful and understanding, and didn’t make me feel pressured at all. I was able to pay a deposit after viewing the car initially so I could bring my family with me to see the car, and then was able to pick the car up a few days later. The car was in great condition, clean and fully serviced in time for collection - and it is really nice to drive! When I got the car home, I was having trouble reversing up the steep hill I live on after being caught out by a closed road. After a few attempts, the fuel light came on and the fuel gauge had dropped to 0. Neither myself, my friend or a neighbour could figure out the problem so it was a wee bit stressful! I phoned KL to check how much fuel had been in the car as I wasn’t sure if the issue was the fuel or the electrics, and he offered to come out and put some fuel in the car free of charge. This was so kind and very much appreciated as it saved me the stress of getting the car to the garage, and the issue did turn out to be with the angle of the hill and low fuel. KL gave me some really helpful advice on parking on a hill and this gave me real peace of mind as a new driver. I have three month warranty on the car included which is great for a 12 year old car, and feel confident that if there were any other issues I could reach out to KL and they’d be able to advise what to do. Amazing service and would definitely recommend to anyone looking to purchase a used car!
