About installing a pregassed unit. They explained the technology and offered to come and give a quotation.

Not only was the quotation similar to the unit seen, they advised I go for a Smaller KWH version.

They came fitted and tested and we were very happy. The 5 star comes from their after -sales service. The unit seems to loose cooling efficiency, they came out quickly found the fault (a batch of faulty connectors, not their fault) regassed the unit tested it and its been working fine ever since.

We had one Mitsubishi unit for a 3 bed house and it cools every room to 18 degrees no problem at all.
