I’ve just had my first ever Hypnosis session...

I’ve just had my first ever Hypnosis session ever…and it’s for Vaping. I was dubious as I was a chain, 24hr, anxiety Vapour! WOW … not a craving, thought or a sneaky puff. The hypnosis session was Calm, Peaceful, mindful and thoughtful. Anne explained everything. 100% Professional. Would fully recommend
