My sessions with Anne have been very helpful...

My sessions with Anne have been very helpful and I would highly recommend. She is very supportive, empathetic and easy to talk to and checks in in between sessions too. It feels like I have known her for a long time after only a few sessions. The session environment is also very welcoming and relaxing. My confidence and self esteem have been much boosted and although not fully 'cured', I have come a long way in a short time and she has given me great tools to continue on my journey and cope with whatever life throws my way.
