I contacted Richard one evening earlier this week...

I contacted Richard one evening earlier this week as one of my tenants reported a wasps nest in their house.
The next morning Richard promptly attended the property and treated the nest. He told me his work was guaranteed and told me if there were any further problems after 2 days to get back in touch.
Contacted my tenant this morning and the wasps have gone.

I highly recommend Richard and his charges are very reasonable.
