Tom is knowledgable, helpful and friendly. He spent a good deal of time at my house and provided sensible-sounding quotations for different levels of work. In the end I decided to have a go at fixing it myself as I’m usually happy to give things ago, and he offered further advice on how to do that. I will definitely contact him in the future if I want any substantial work done.
