We had such a warm and helpful experience with European Family Pet Transport. Our cats Jasper and Jason travelled all the way from SE Bulgaria to Watford.
This was part of an international move for us too, and Bob and Julie were always very responsive to all our messages, answering all our questions - often panicking that we'd forgotten something in the run up to the removal date.
The cats are definitely not seasoned travellers, but they were clearly well looked after. Linked into a WhatsApp group we could follow their progress and even had a video 'chat' with both cats in the van as they crossed the Channel! Happily, they have already started settling into their new home.
Thanks so much to the whole team for making the experience trauma-free for our cats - and us!
