I recently had to find somewhere to get my wheels balanced following hitting a huge pothole whilst in Scotland which resulted in a bad vibration which was most pronounced at 40/45mph. I searched around and found Teltyres in Wellington. I called in and Dom and the team were absolutely fantastic. They arranged to balance all 4 wheels at a very reasonable price and fitted me in that day. Unfortunately, whilst checking the wheels, they noticed a bulge in the sidewall (not on a wheel that I had expected to be a problem); the tyres are run flats and I expected an expensive replacement. However, Teltyres provided me with a very reasonable price for the same make as those fitted to the other wheels which included balancing. They balanced the other wheels but showed me that 2 alloys were buckled. They also transferred the worst wheel to the rear. Finally, they advised me what to do to get the buckled wheels repaired. Altogether an amazing service, friendly, professional and exceptionally customer satisfaction focused, I can thoroughly recommend Teltyres and will have no hesitation in using them for any of my needs in the future.
