For a few years I have needed work...
For a few years I have needed work carried out on my basement apartment. It took me a long time to sort this for a few reasons. Mainly money but also the people I got around to look and quote, either didn't show or didn't seem to have a clue. I had no faith in them.
I stumbled across Craig (CSM) and from the first few minutes in my place, I was confident in Craig. He clearly knew his stuff and and I decided to go ahead with the work, with CSM.
Move forward to the work being done and he's done a class job. I couldn't recommend him highly enough but I will be do just that. Recommending him, to people who see this and to all those that need it in my my estate agency work.
