Would recommend Jo to anyone with a pest...

Would recommend Jo to anyone with a pest problem. We acquired a visitor that had found a way into our cavity wall just before Christmas. Not only did Jo respond super quickly she came over to set traps and did a proper sweep to see how it could have got into the house. Her advice and follow up dealt with our visitor, but as importantly has helped us make sure nothing else gets in. It's clear from the advice Jo gives and the way she talks about her job that she genuinely cares about getting the right result for her clients, and helping pests avoid becoming pests by making sure they can't make our homes theirs. The information she shared helped me understand that like us, these animals are just looking for the conditions they need to survive and are probably pretty scared, which in itself de-stressed me and helped me see from another perspective. A huge thank you to Jo, if we'd not found her and tried to solve our problem as non-professionals I think we'd still be laying down traps and bait to no avail, whilst going slightly more mad each day....
