Sam responded to my message on Trustatrader the same day and gave me with a very reasonable quote that evening. Having had the same roof refelted within the last 2 yrs I was gutted to have to do it all again its been a nightmare. Sam told me scaffolders would be with me on a Tuesday.

Id previously been let down on dates for scaffolding - not this time. They turned up when he said they would and when it came to the work - refelting the sloping roof to the box room and re-mortaring, Sam and his crew were there the next day and finished the ahead of schedule. This included doing some additional work to brace a couple of roof timbers and replacing a couple of tiles at no extra cost.
