With the run in to Christmas we discovered...

With the run in to Christmas we discovered some major problems with the roof to our house. On removal of the slates it was discovered we also had issues with rot on one of the main beams. Ashley took stock of the situation and facilitated a full repair in situ enabling work to continue. It was then discovered our slates were not a standard size but Ash went the extra mile and was able to source appropriate tiles in Lincolnshire so that work could proceed. It took two weeks from start to finish and all through the work we received updates, photographs and open communication. Ashley and his team are not just excellent and competent workers, they are problem solvers coming up with solutions as required. We found them to be really good through out their time at our home with a real focus on professional work, considerate clearing up on a daily basis and inclusive communication. 5 days before Christmas we now have a beautiful new roof, scaffolding has been removed and we are all set to enjoy the holiday.
