I couldn't be more grateful for Tony's help...

I couldn't be more grateful for Tony's help today. I was driving down the A127 to the seaside with my small kids on a very hot day when my bumper started scraping along the road. I tried to fix it in the layby and failed - It was stressful. Luckily Tony was the first mechanic I stumbled across. He immediately stopped what he was doing, helped keep my kids cheerful, fixed my bumper very quickly and to cap it all wouldn't take any payment!

One of those little encounters that renews your faith in people.
