James was referred to me by another builder so I was a bit anxious as I have had builders from hell. James was professional at all times he kept to his word and schedule at every stage of the build. James and his workers arrived on site daily at 8am as promised. The work undertaken by James was to take down and rebuild a party garden wall which was 7ft by 20ft approximately this was a challenge. James was able to effectively communicate with my neighbours to resolve any issues and helped keep the peace. I can highly recommend James. He is one of the good builders you can trust to deliver quality work on time to the required standards without any issues.
