I had never done something like this but it was the best fitness experience I have ever had .The instructors are amazing .Hadn’t worked out in over two years and boii I still can’t feel my legs and I will definitely be doing this again .Friendly group of people at the boot camp too.I highly recommend trying Coopers Troopers bootcamp.
