What a brilliant lady, and service I received! I came to Rachel regularly depressed, looking at life through a negative lense. And After 5 sessions, plus my consultation, I am ready to just have Rachel on call when need be. I have made great changes, had the confidence to make a difference with my work, and over all feel much happier, and equipt to manage when bad things happen! 10/10
