First class customer service. Steve was fabulous from start to finish. He arrived when he said he would to give us the initial quote for an air conditioning unit and talked us through our options and prices and was up front about the 2-3 week lead time due to the weather and high demand. I just happened to message him to ask if he'd consider us if he got a cancellation and a week later he was here installing our unit, going over and above to do what he could to deliver. Absolutely cannot fault his service and the unit is fab and already making a huge difference in the house. Would definitely recommend.
