Great pre-sale advice re materials from Simon and Joe (they know their stuff!) and Joe did and amazing job with the fitting of our herringbone flooring. He really makes an effort to do a fantastic job and is a pleasure to have around. We had a couple of snagging issues after the job was finished - he came back and sorted it out really quickly. Would happily recommend.
