Our oil was not delivered on time and so we ran out of oil. After refilling the tank, we then needed to have the boiler restarted. I spent most of the day trying to find somebody who could come out as soon as possible - it was during the very cold spell a little while back. Jack was very helpful and he sent somebody to do the work for us the same day. (The earliest time we got from other plumbers was a week later!). The plumber took his shoes off in our porch without me even asking him to which I appreciate. As you know, some workmen do not like to be asked to take their shoes off - not so on this occasion! All in all, Kidwell Plumbing were efficient and helpful in every single way and in future they shall be who I call out - not just for our annual boiler service but for any disasters we might have.
