Nicholas and NH Renovations have been a godsend...

Nicholas and NH Renovations have been a godsend to me. No exaggeration. I rent out my small North London flat to tenants via estate agents, but I'm based in California. Whenever any work is needed, my estate agent gets a quote which is always extraorbitant, and off I go hunt on the internet for an alternative. Which due to timezone difference, international calls, and general push back to using email by contractors is stupidly hard. I found Nicholas and asked him to do a painting job on a wall that was damp. In due course, he discovered that my gutter was blocked and overflowing, and that was causing the issue. My estate agent's contractors who were asked for a quote didn't even notice! Nicholas repaired the wall beautifully, was extremely responsive, courteous to my tenants. What a dream. So I asked him for a quote to paint the entire flat if I ever a break in tenant occupation. The quote was super reasonable. A few months later I learnt I'd have a week with the flat being unoccupied. But I'd also need to change my carpets. And I'd need new cupboard doors for my kitchen cabinets...I went back to Nicholas and asked for help. To cut a long story short, he found me a carpet guy, got my irregular cupboard doors made and painted them himself, painted the flat. It was all done in less than a week. At no point was I stressed, or had to worry about anything to do with my flat or tenants. This kind of peace of mind is priceless. Nicholas will forever be my go-to guy for all things painting and renovating. I genuinely could not recommend him enough!
