9 times out of 10 when someone needs a tow it’s unplanned financially, I made my booking plenty notice advised vehicle size and type they turned up but needed a bigger tow which cost £40 more which I accepted no dispute , the vehicle was loaded to go from
Great barr to Erdington £160, it was booked at the garage the van was going confirmation
Of time to deliver AJ delivered on time but there was issues vehicles parked not great no could not be off loaded I was livid as vehicle had to be brought back to me the vehicle was never unloaded at the destination but I was charged same £160 to have it returned to me I was told he the garage called him back to say cars will be moved in 5 minutes but was not will to wait, I respect Time is money but empathy to not even knock off £10 to the return is not how I do business made £320 off me I.
