What I liked above all is that you can contact them anytime and they reply immediately. Reliable email contact is essential throughout the process from ordering to the installing of your chosen monument. They were sensitively helpful, sent me photos and a sample of the granite we had discussed and were generally efficient. Yes, it takes months but you need this time as you are grieving.
