I got spray foam in my loft about 4 years ago and now that I'm looking to remortgage it has become a real problem as Lenders don't like it, and for good reason. I reached out to Jerry as the company looked genuine and like they had been doing this for a while. I explained my situation and Jerry was very helpful in explaining the issues around spray foam and it's history too. I did make him aware that I am Autistic and can find stuff like this really stressful (as I get scammed a lot due to being an easy target). Jerry and his colleague were really lovely in making me feel comfortable and in good hands throughout the process of removing the spray foam, our loft underlay felt was really old and was falling apart so Jerry removed that for me too. I got the certificate and report that I can show a lender or future buyer about the loft which is great too.
