I have been a landlord for 10 years and had completely lost faith in renting my old flat that i used to live in before i got married. I've been through many letting agents and had been fed up being just a number to the big companies. My sister-in-law recently rented out her old home through Alan and raved about him. So I decided to give him a try. It's the best decision I've made in a while. Alan took the reins and got me a great tenant within a week. He was always taking the lead, getting the keys, sorting paperwork, etc. Always kept me updated and even dealt with my horrendous old letting agents and giving me advice. Allan is very personable and easy to talk too. Treated me very well and seems to genuinely appreciate me as a customer. A very easy 5 stars.
