I had some communication difficulties until i managed to talk to Xavier in India who kept his promise to deal with the situation in hand within the 24hrs he stated, with the help from Samson & Jason they managed to do the changes quickly which seemed difficult before, so i would like to thank those guys for a great job done and a great customer experience and will be contacting those guys if i need anymore help.
