Yesterday I had the transition to enhanced broadband which has gone extremely smoothly thanks to Austin and Jodie. The advanced warning of the changeover and provision of the new router was carried out and explained clearly and throughly. I now have an excellent phone and boradband service thanks to the Unitel team. John
