I found Asad Hussain of SheffEPC to be a kind, friendly, informative, respectful, professional assessor who arrived on time at the property needing an Energy Performance Certificate on the date agreed, and who sent the certificate to us in a timely manner. I have no complaints. Quite the opposite, in fact. He was fine.
