The team at Carisma, from Ron the owner, Cheryl the admin and front desk, to Daniel (‘Chewy’) who carried out repair and repaint, are great people to deal with. I felt slightly nervous trusting this minor repair to them because the car is quite ‘high end’ and has a lovely metallic blue paint finish. (Repair was a dent to rear offside caused by debris flying off of a lorry, car is a 21 plate Toyota RAV4). Anyway, I also had an unrelated bit of damage to the indicator lens on the nearside wing mirror, plus I needed an MoT test renewal. The team took this all in their stride, and repairs were carried out to a very high standard, completed within 3 days. Quotes were 40% of the amount that Toyota wanted to charge; the paint and indicator lens were genuine parts / Toyota originals. First impressions of the yard do not do them justice; inside the barn is their sealed ‘oven’ for paint works ‘where the magic happens’. They are genuine people who take pride in what they do, and I am very pleased with the result.
