A significant problem with the operation and display of the website managed by Unitel necessitated an urgent call to the technical support team. The call was taken by Samson, who was very polite, thorough and responsive and promised immediate action to resolve the problems. He was as good as his word; less than twenty four hours later, everything was working properly again and with no further input required - just the initial phone call and the problem was swiftly taken care of.
