Austin rang again out of the blue, I do hope this will be the last time, I do have trouble with the system that has been installed which leads to me not being able to hear customers but they can hear me which is not ideal in a busy garage and also very unprofessional. Unitel don’t appear to be able to fix this problem and blame it on openreach. After a day the problem normally resolves itself, but I have no control over the router that has been installed dispite the engineer from openreach telling me it should be possible to use a analogue phone with the system.
