I had a door that with a problematic lock, had trouble locking, but eventually it worked again. I messaged Apache, and Rob came back to me immediately. 10 minutes later he was at my home, checked the lock and oiled it up. It works and Rob was very honest advising me not to change it whilst it worked fine. He quoted for a new replacement, excellent price, if the lock should fail again. He didn't charge for turning out, oiling the unit, and giving reassurance. Straight, honest guy, what a man! Definitely recommend!
