After visiting Knights showroom and getting an initial ‘good feeling’ impression, we engaged with Knights to help us with initiating a project to refit our kitchen and utility room.
We had a meeting at home with Gemma and Hayley and discussed possible layouts and styles that would suit. We were later presented with initial plans and suggestions. We had a small number of prerequisites and preferences and these were incorporated into the design – the rest we left to their vision and creativity and were not disappointed. Knights had rearranged our kitchen in ways we hadn’t considered.
Working with Knights, we made a few tweaks and additions and, after selecting flooring, colours and decorative features, Knights moved in and started work. We used Knights subcontractors for plumbing, electrical work, etc as that would reduce the headaches of project management for us and the individuals were all efficient, pleasant and professional.
Knights’ own fitters were hard working, polite, professional and very helpful whenever we requested help, asked for adjustments or simply curious.
And the end result? Fabulous. We are extremely pleased with the finished rooms and the quality of the products and workmanship.
Knights are to be highly recommended for their professionalism, sympathetic designs, understanding us as the client and opening up possibilities without applying any persuasion or pressure.
